PUPPET KARAOKE
Students at Grand Valley State University in Prof. Gisella Licari’s ITA 101 and 102 explore the puppet world through mini projects in order to develop communication skills. Working in pairs or trios, the students sing an upbeat Italian song using the puppet. In ITA 201 students work in pairs or trios to interpret a dramatic or funny Italian movie scene. The students’ intonation and character interpretation create an animated performance that meets language and culture goals.
